Iranian Customers Visit Faith Shenyang Headquarters

On April 1, 2025, Iranian customers arrived at Faith Shenyang for an inspection tour of the company's new production facility. This visit stemmed from the successful collaboration between the two companies on TIJ inkjet printers. With the continued expansion of Faith's product portfolio, the customers specifically came to inspect laser marking machines, DOD (Directional Detection) (DOD) printers, and PIJ (Peripheral Inkjet) printers, aiming to leverage the power of Chinese intelligent manufacturing to empower the digital transformation of Iran's manufacturing industry.

Looking back on the partnership, Faith's TIJ inkjet printers, with their efficient and stable performance, have helped customers address labeling challenges in the daily chemical packaging sector.

In the new factory's technical experience area, the customers' attention was first drawn to a live demonstration of the DOD printer: technicians operated the machine to accurately print production dates and anti-counterfeiting codes on curved plastic bottles and metal cans. The quick-drying ink dries instantly, perfectly suited to Iran's hot and dry storage environment. The subsequent display of various laser marking machines was even more eye-catching. Fiber lasers achieve permanent marking on hardware, while UV lasers perform micron-level marking on precision electronic components. Their high precision and stability perfectly meet the needs of Iran's smart manufacturing development. After testing the equipment on-site, the customer stated, "These devices can cover our full range of marking needs, from basic packaging to high-end manufacturing. We see enormous potential for collaboration."

During the workshop tour, the customer focused on the production process and quality control system for the core components of the laser equipment, expressing high recognition of Faith's R&D capabilities and production standards. During the meeting, both parties had in-depth discussions on topics such as local equipment adaptation and technical training support, and a preliminary initial purchase order was finalized.

Beyond business, the Faith team took the customer on a cultural tour of Shenyang: explaining the historical significance of the Shenyang Imperial Palace as an early Qing Dynasty imperial palace, introducing the precious collections of the Liaoning Provincial Museum, and sharing the century-old heritage of Laobian dumplings and the authentic flavors of Ma's Shaomai, allowing the customer to deeply experience Shenyang's historical heritage and culinary culture.

This visit has taken the cooperation between the two parties to a new level. The head of Faith said that it will keep pace with the upgrading of Iran's manufacturing industry and provide customized smart identification solutions.
